This project explores night-time lighting and atmosphere. I focused on using light, shadow, and volumetric lighting to create a moody, cinematic feeling within the scene. Through this project, I began to develop a deeper understanding of lighting and its important role in shaping a scene. This project sparked my interest in exploring how lighting and visual composition can enhance the emotional impact of a scene.

This project explores daytime lighting and atmosphere. In contrast to the night lighting study, I focused on creating a warm and natural daylight environment. Through this project, I gained a better understanding of how lighting techniques vary by time of day. I also experimented with rim lighting and selective light influence to highlight certain objects and create a soft atmosphere.

A collaborative short animated film created as part of a team production pipeline. I contributed by animating character performances and leading post-production compositing and color refinement. Through this project, I learned how collaborative workflows and clear communication between team members play a crucial role in the animation production process. While animating, I focused on technical details such as preventing foot sliding and refining character movement to create more natural performance.

A trailer project created as part of a large team production. I contributed by creating VFX elements using Unity's particle system and assisted with lighting setup and scene optimization. Through this project, I gained insight into large-scale production workflows and learned how effective collaboration contributes to the overall result. Working with Unity's particle system also helped expand my understanding of particle-based effects, which later supported my work with similar systems in Maya.

A short 3D animation featuring polar bear, penguin, and snowman characters. I worked on the full production process, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animating, environment asset creation, and final rendering. Through this project, I gained hands-on experience across the 3D animation pipeline and developed a deeper understanding of how each stage contributes to the final animated piece.
